My online dealing with you is good However , I am not impressed with your courier CanPar. I would suggest you find someone new . Their tracking system told me I was suppose to get the parcel by end of the day yesterday and I have received nothing . I went online to find out where it is and all they say is that maybe today or tomorrow and yet their system says it is being held in Nanaimo?rnI looked them up online and they seem to have consistent BAD reviews rnI am now wondering where the parcel really is ? I just want to say this was the first time I've ordered a custom canvas and I was a little nervous about it. I will DEFINITELY be ordering from you again. It just arrived in the mail faster than I expected and in perfect condition. Everything from ordering to receiving went perfectly smoothly and the finished product looks amazing. This is a gift for my in-laws. This is the view from their windows of their home in which they are going to be selling in the spring to move from Victoria to the Okanagan. This keepsake will always warm their hearts when they look at it.

I ordered a 36 x 36 canvas print of a photo I took in Tofino at Chesterman beach. Within a few hours - I had an email from Cynthia advising the resolution wasn\'t good enough to see if I had another file, to offer alternatives if not. I ended up switching to a better photo.
