THX Thanks Roberto and Staff. Our orders arrived this afternoon, all in perfect order. We are delighted with the giclee prints on canvas and we will now begin to promote this new format along with the very successful metal prints. Terrific work, everyone. Will be submitting a new order by the end of the week or early next week. The season here in Texas is finally beginning to get some steam and we anticipate good sales for our gallery in the next couple of months. Until the next order, kind regards and thank you again. Julia,	Deeply dissatisfied. Hello: I’m sending you this message to express my disappointment in the two custom-made picture frames I received today which made up my order. First of all I indicated in the note section for each frame that I wanted to be able to either hang my frame on the wall or simply place it standing up on a table and asked that a back for these purposes be included with each frame. I did not receive anything close to what I requested, in fact nothing close. As a result I now have two frames in my possession with no back for either which will allow or permit me to stand my frame or frames up on a table or a mantle. Secondly, the two Styrofoam or foam backs which accompanied each frame is not near thick enough to be flush with the top, sides or bottom parts of either frame. As a result it looks as though I will have to insert something to fill in the space to enable to foam back to come flush with the frame itself. Lastly it looks as though I received some hardware to be able to hang the frame on a wall but no picture wire accompanied the hardware for this particular purpose. Deeply dissatisfied. Soosmaar,	Hi, just a suggestion I do really like your printing, maybe the customer could be told in advance that the lead time will not be 1-2 days but 10 days. I know lead times can vary that\'s fine but almost 2 weeks before it\'s shipped? I would still have submitted the order but I would have had the most urgent print done locally.Next time I need it within 2 weeks I\'ll pay fexpress shipping but it looks like it still would have taken 10 days before shipping.
